All the other employees pretty much know each other from school as well, so forming relationships is hard because everyone already knows each other. There’s no breaks of any sort, so if you need a minute you practically have to go sit in the bathroom. There’s a fair amount of favoritism in play with the management as well. Mostly my issues are that the place was Dirty and everything was broken or breaking already. The schedules can be pretty flexible as long as you tell them before schedules go out and they can work with you for any sudden changes. Pay kinda sucks especially if you have any bills to pay or any responsibilities. Good for high schoolers looking to make money, you have to be a bit energetic to keep up. i would definitely not recommend this job to anyone at all if i didn’t need a job i wouldn’t still be there. they declined time off no matter what it’s for. indoor amusements in the New Hope, Crystal, Golden Valley, Robbinsdale and Plymouth areas, Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure park is the perfect place. they over work you to where you get burnt out and get mad when you want to take time off. they say you’re gonna get a raise and you never see it. they hand out write ups like it’s nothing for the smallest things, they are very insensitive and also insecure. and if there is and you are talking they will send a tl to platform to send you to opposite sides when there’s no one over there, when your focus needs to be on the main attractions. if you make a few friends and managers notice they will schedule you different shifts, separate you, and give you write ups for talking saying “it’s a distraction from doing your work” when there’s nobody on platform. really under paid for the work that has to be done, you’re asked to do things that aren’t your position then get in trouble for not being at your position. We are the ultimate indoor adventure park. constant drama no matter if you wanted to be apart of it or not. I'll take that as a win-win.It’s was a cool when i first stared, working there longer got me pulled into drama, i was talked about by hire ups. People getting to get back to their jobs, and I don't have to worry about the boxes on my porch. The good news is that the warehouse is opening back up, and if you've received a package from Amazon anytime recently you don't need to worry about unwanted passengers hitching a ride. I doubt we ever get more, officially, than what we've already been told. Then, you have actual pest experts giving their two-cents on what it could have been that was mistaken for bedbugs.
